Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant, Newport Axcis Education are currently working with a special needs school in Newport who are looking to recruit a ALN Teaching Assistant with experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs. You will need to be a supportive, pro active and patient individual. Some of these pupils have physical disabilities as well. As a ALN Teaching Assistant with Axcis, you will already have experience of working with pupils with ALN. The ideal candidate will have a confident but approachable manner, be able to build a rapport, be motivating and encouraging.
