Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents/guardians. Sensitivity and understanding towards students with diverse needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to undergo any necessary training or obtain relevant certifications. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
