We are seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference and is ready to support a child with autism and challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, can-do attitude, along with a calm and patient nature. This role offers flexibility, with working hours between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, and an hourly rate of pay ranging from £12.50 to £15, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Creating a positive and safe learning environment that prioritizes the wellbeing of the students Adapting schoolwork to meet the needs and academic abilities of the individual student Effectively managing and de-escalating meltdowns, outbursts, and disruptive behaviour Requirements: Passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Strong communication and written English skills Right to Work in the UK Enhanced DBS on the update service (either current or obtainable as part of the application process) Join our team and be part of a rewarding journey where your contributions truly matter.
