Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Axcis are working with a fantastic 1 form entry primary school in Christchurch who are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to start in September 2024. The school is a 1 form entry primary who have an excellent reputation locally and are looking for teaching assistants to work and support their SEND pupils within the school. The school have a higher-than-average SEND population and as such can offer excellent support to pupils. The school are looking for teaching assistants who would be comfortable in KS1 or KS2 as they do like to move staff internally to ensure that pupils are well supported with a wide range of staff working with them to encourage them academically and socially. The school itself is a large site with spacious classrooms and superb facilities for the pupils. Furthermore, the school have an experienced and passionate senior leadership team who ensure that all pupils can succeed. The role is a full time post Monday to Friday and the hours are 08:30-15:30. The school are looking for experienced teaching assistants but if you have experience supporting SEND pupils then you are also encouraged to apply.
