This role is ideal for an individual with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who is committed to providing high-quality education to students with diverse and complex needs. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to facilitate the learning and development of students with complex needs. • Work collaboratively with educational staff, specialists, and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs). • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes student wellbeing and progress. • Monitor and assess student achievements, implementing strategies for growth and improvement. • Uphold high standards of teaching and learning while following school policies and procedures.
