Inspiring Opportunity: KS3 & KS4 Food (80%) & KS3 Art Teacher (20%) – ECT or QTS Essential Are you a qualified and passionate teacher eager to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for an ECT or QTS teacher with a specialism in Food Technology (KS3 & KS4) and the ability to deliver Art at KS3 for an exciting position within a Pupil Referral Unit in Knowsley, Merseyside. This is a unique opportunity to work with young people who have experienced challenges in mainstream education due to medical, social, emotional, or behavioural needs, helping them to thrive in a supportive and personalized setting. What You’ll Do: Deliver engaging, customized Food and Art lessons that support students’ progress and foster a renewed love of learning. Build strong, positive relationships with students, providing both inspiration and stability as a role model with clear boundaries. Promote inclusion, set high expectations, and drive positive outcomes through tailored support and a creative approach to teaching. Provide essential pastoral care and guidance as a form tutor, encouraging resilience and confidence in each student.
