Job Title: KS1 Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant (KS1) – Mainstream Primary School (Surrey)
We are currently recruiting for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Surrey starting September 2026.
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm), ideal for someone passionate about supporting children in their early school years.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher within a KS1 classroom
Working with small groups and individual pupils
Assisting with learning activities and classroom organisation
Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a UK primary school is essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, patient and supportive approach
Salary:
£92.63 per day (PAYE starting rate)
