Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / SEND Teaching Assistant
West Drayton Monday to Friday | 8:15am – 4:00pm (term time) Long-term, full-time opportunity Are you a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We are working with a specialist setting in West Drayton seeking committed and proactive LSAs to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive SEN environment. The Role: • Supporting students with special educational needs in and out of the classroom • Managing and responding to challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner • Assisting with core subjects including English and Maths • Supporting students in practical and sporting activities • Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support Requirements: • Previous experience within an SEND setting is essential • Confident in managing challenging behaviour • Strong literacy and numeracy support skills • A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a 9-seater vehicle • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit long-term • A proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile • Able to meet deadlines and work as part of a team • Must be able to arrive on site for 8:15am Interview Process: Group interviews will be held at the school this week and next: • Thursday at 3:30pm • Monday at 3:30pm Candidates must be available to attend one of the above slots.
