We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting pupils from Early Years through to Post-16. What You’ll Do: • Provide 1:1 support and work in small groups or booster sessions. • Create a friendly and supportive atmosphere to help students feel valued and encouraged. • Maintain a calm and positive attitude, even in challenging situations. • Support students with a range of SEND needs, helping them to thrive and achieve their educational goals. About You: • You’re compassionate, patient, and eager to support pupils with SEND. • You have a genuine desire to help students succeed and grow in confidence. • Previous experience working in a school setting or with SEND pupils is desirable but not essential.
