As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 16-21, working both in group classroom settings and on a one-to-one basis. Your role will involve implementing tailored lesson plans designed to meet the individual needs of students with SEND needs, alongside a supportive tutor who will provide continuous guidance and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will bring confidence, a solid understanding of SEN, and a proactive approach to supporting students in reaching their full potential.
