Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant Location: Bromley Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hourly Pay) Are you passionate about supporting students with SEND? We are looking for a caring and committed SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored support to students with SEND, ensuring their individual needs are met. - Assist with personal care requirements if they are necessary. - Use basic computer skills to support educational activities and maintain accurate records. - Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote an inclusive and engaging learning environment. What We’re Looking For: - Experience working with children with ASD and other SEND. - Proficiency in basic computer skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting students. - This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the growth and success of students with SEND.
