Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who bring enthusiasm, resilience and compassion to the role. Ideal qualifications include:
• Experience: Supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs.
• Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration and adaptability.
• Attributes: A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage challenging behaviours calmly.
• Bonus: A driver’s license and access to transportation are advantageous.
The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds, such as:
• Previous roles in nurseries, colleges, youth clubs, residential care or care homes.
• Personal experience with SEND, whether professional or familial.
• Graduates with a background in sociology, psychology, sports, music, art, or drama are encouraged to apply!

Additional Information
• Pay: Starting from £83.40 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
• Contract: Initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
