Working alongside another pastoral support colleague, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for students. Responsibilities: Provide tailored pastoral care and support to students with diverse needs. Collaborate with staff to develop strategies to manage behaviour and promote well-being. Support students in overcoming challenges to achieve their full potential. Requirements: Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, or Challenging Behaviour is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, patient, and resilient approach to supporting young people. An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
