Axcis Education are working with a Special Secondary School in Trafford, that are currently seeking a dedicated SEND support assistant to join their team on a full time basis starting ASAP. This school caters to young people with SLD, PMLD, autism and complex needs aged 11-19. This school offers a flexible and engaging environment, where all staff members feel appreciated and well supported. They ideally are looking to offer a temp to perm contract for the right person. Key Responsibilities: - Support young people with a diverse range of additional needs, adapting to their individual requirements - Assist in classroom settings to enhance student learning and development - Work as part of team, contributing to a supportive, team-focused culture - Foster positive social interactions and communication skills among students The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's of experience in working with young people with additional needs in the UK.
