Job Title: SEND support needed in Waddon - CR0
A mainstream primary school located a 10 minute walk from Waddon station (CR0) are looking for two SEND TAs to start ASAP. Even though they are a mainstream primary school, on this occasion they are looking to hire SEND TAs who have previously worked in a SEND primary school – due to the high needs of the pupils at the school. Role one : Full time SEND support to provide one to one support to a nursery pupil with speech and language communication difficulties as well as ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour. Role two : Full time SEND support to provide interventions to students with ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour. There is no personal care involved in any of the above roles although some pupils will need to be encouraged to use the toilet when they are in need. Working hours for both roles is 8am to 4pm. The school will consider candidates who can work a minimum of 4 days a week, although 5 days ( Monday to Friday) is desirable. Pay is £100 per day.
