Job Title: SEND TA
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in DA3, supporting students across all age groups. This full-time role offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) students, helping them achieve their potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to provide tailored support for students with SEND across various age groups, adapting to individual needs.
Work one-on-one and in small groups, promoting engagement and academic progress for students with diverse learning challenges.
Support the implementation of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and assist in tracking student progress, ensuring effective communication with staff and parents.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Previous experience working with SEND students, particularly in managing diverse needs and challenges.
Empathy & Adaptability: A genuine passion for helping children succeed, with the flexibility to adjust approaches for different age groups and needs.
Commitment to Inclusion: A proactive approach to supporting an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
