The role will require candidates to work within a SEND school across all ages. Candidates must be prepared to handle various complex learning difficulties, including some personal care. The ideal candidate will: • 1 years worth of reference • A DBS on the update service (or be willing to pay for a new one) Candidates will benefit from having: • Have previous experience working with SEND individuals or children within education • Excellent SEN knowledge • Having excellent behaviour management • Be reliable, confident, and flexible Candidates must be able to work full time, Monday-Friday from the hours of 8:30am-4pm. Some part time roles may be available. The school is based on a public transport route. The role is initially temporary to start with, with a high likelihood of going permanent upon successful placements.
