Job Title: SEND TEACHING ASSISTANT
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Reading, supporting students of all ages across a range of settings. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) students, helping them thrive in their learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to provide tailored support to students across all age groups, adapting to each child’s unique needs.
Work with individuals and small groups, supporting children with various SEND needs to promote engagement and progress.
Assist in implementing individualized education plans, supporting students with personalized approaches to their learning.
Foster an inclusive and safe environment to help each student reach their full potential.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Previous experience working with SEND students, particularly in supporting diverse needs.
Commitment: A passion for inclusive education and dedication to enhancing students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
Adaptability: The ability to work flexibly across various age groups, adjusting to the needs of different learners.
