Job Title: Flexible SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday) Contract: Temporary (with flexibility) About the Role Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Axcis is working closely with a specialist setting that supports learners aged 2–19 with severe and profound learning difficulties. We are seeking flexible and committed Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day support, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment. Who We’re Looking For: • We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You should be: • Flexible, reliable, patient and empathetic • Resilient and confident working in a dynamic environment • A strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with students and staff • Experience working with children or young people with SEND is essential, particularly with autism, ADHD, complex needs and learning disabilities.
