At our PRU, we offer an alternative educational pathway for students from Year 1 to Year 11 who have encountered obstacles in the mainstream school system due to various challenges, including health issues or exclusion. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing engaging sports programs tailored to the unique needs of our pupils. - Employing a range of strategies to encourage a positive learning atmosphere and manage challenging behaviour effectively. - Encouraging personal development, teamwork and social skills through sports. - Assessing and recording pupil progress, adapting activities to ensure all children achieve success. - Collaborating with other staff members to integrate sports with wider learning objectives.
