We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Support Worker to work with students aged 15 and older who have complex needs and personal care at a school in the Haringey area N22. This position will start after the Easter break. Key Responsibilities: -Provide one-on-one and group support to students with complex SEND needs -Assist with personal care while ensuring students' health, safety, and dignity are maintained -Help students achieve their full potential and support their overall development Requirements: -Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs -A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to personal care -A genuine passion for supporting SEND students Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM (flexible days available; part-time and full-time options).
