Requirements: Essential: - Qualified Teacher Status in the UK. - Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and a strong commitment to student progression and success. - Being well-organized, resourceful and able to manage time efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Desirable: - Experience in working with pupils with SEMH needs. - A track record of creating a positive environment that encourages students to thrive. - Additional certifications or courses related to SEN teaching.
