Teaching Assistant – Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team at ECBE (Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment), Paddington.
The successful candidates will work alongside teaching staff to support students with their learning and development, helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.
Location: ECBE – Paddington
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Support tutors during lessons and classroom activities
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students
• Assist students with their learning and coursework
• Maintain a safe, clean and positive learning environment
• Work closely with tutors and other staff to support students effectively
Requirements
• Previous experience working with students or young people is desirable
• Experience in an educational or training environment is an advantage
• Knowledge or experience of Engineering, Construction and/or the Built Environment is desirable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
