A warm, inclusive SEN school in the L32 area is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role offers the rewarding opportunity to work across both primary and secondary phases, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and SLD.

The Role
Location: L32 (well-connected by public transport)
Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible to suit your availability)
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils develop independence and confidence
Assisting with lessons in core subjects, life skills, and creative activities
Supporting pupils with personal care, emotional regulation, or sensory needs as required
Creating a safe, calm, and nurturing learning environment
Building strong relationships with pupils, celebrating progress and promoting well-being
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to provide consistent, holistic support
