Then Axcis is looking for you. We are working with a Middle School in Evesham who are looking for several Teaching Assistants to join them from January 2025. The School, a Middle School, caters for pupils from the ages of 10 – 13. The school works with all pupils to find their place and works with pupils to help them become who they want to be. Every potential is catered for, and pupils are on the trajectory to successful futures. The school are looking for Teaching Assistants who will be able to work with pupils on a 1:1 basis but also through small group interventions. You will be working to engage pupils in the same level of learning as their peers but through methods best suited to the pupils. Schools will consider applications from candidates who are looking for 4 days work. To be considered for this role you will; • Have a Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent • Have experience of working within a Classroom, this could be through Mainstream or Special Needs. • Be a confident person • Be a positive role model to the lives of young people • Have a DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to pay £56.71 for a new check to be done.
