We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our special school for boys aged 9 to 16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Role Overview: Support students with SEMH and moderate learning challenges both inside and outside the classroom. Assist in small classes (up to 6 students) with tailored lesson plans. Help students build confidence, manage behaviour, and achieve their full potential. Ideal Candidate: Experience with behavioral challenges and SEMH needs.
