Location: Southwark, London Pay Rate: £25,000-£28,000 Start Date: Immediate Department: Secondary SEND Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Key Responsibilities: • Support teachers in delivering tailored lessons and classroom activities. • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND. • Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment. • Work closely with teachers and specialists to support individual learning plans. • Foster an inclusive atmosphere to encourage student confidence and participation. Requirements: • Experience working with young people, ideally in a SEND or school setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and support staff. • A patient, proactive, and supportive approach to student learning. • Relevant qualifications or experience in SEND education (desirable but not essential).
