Job Title: Teaching assistant
JOB LOCATION:

Are you passionate about supporting students with special needs? Join our inclusive all-through school in Chessington as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) and help empower students with conditions like Autism, language impairments, sensory, emotional, and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in creating tailored educational plans.
Provide one-on-one or group support to students.
Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Help students develop communication and emotional skills.
Support sensory and medical needs.
Track and report student progress.
Requirements:
Experience with special needs students is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability skills.
Passion for making a difference.
Relevant qualifications are a plus.
