Job Title: Family Support Worker
Full-time | September start | SE5, Camberwell An SEN secondary school in Camberwell (SE5) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Support Worker to join their team on a full-time basis from September. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, families and school staff to provide practical and emotional support, helping families overcome barriers and ensuring pupils receive the support they need to thrive. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience supporting children, young people and/or families - Experience working with vulnerable pupils or within an SEN setting is desirable - Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - The ability to work collaboratively with parents, carers and external agencies - A caring, patient and proactive approach This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Family Support Worker to join a supportive SEN school and make a real difference to the lives of young people and their families.
