Job Title: HLTA - Primary School - January
Axcis Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving mainstream primary school in Stockport (SK4), starting in January. This would be a full time and long term role. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate HLTA to make a difference in a school that values dedication and high-quality support for all students. The successful HLTA will work across the primary age range, from Early Years to Year 6, supporting both small groups and whole classes. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover sessions to whole classes, ensuring continuity and engaging learning. - Providing targeted interventions in English and Maths to small groups of students, supporting their individual learning needs. - Collaborating closely with the school’s SENDCO and class teachers to create and deliver an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
