The Role You will be supporting a pupil who: Has a diagnosis of ASD. Uses PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) to communicate. Benefits from structured routines and visual support. Can display behaviours that challenge at times. Requires support with communication, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals, you will help implement personalised support strategies to ensure the pupil can fully access the curriculum and make progress both academically and socially.
