Job Title: Primary Supply Teachers
Primary Supply Teachers / PPA Cover – Oldham
Start: January 2026
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Pay Rates: £130 to £165+ per day (PAYE), dependent on experience
Axcis Education is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support a variety of friendly and inclusive primary schools across Oldham. We have ongoing opportunities available for:
• Day-to-day supply cover
• PPA cover
• Short-term assignments
• Cover for sickness, training days, and staff absence
This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, whether you’re seeking consistent supply work or ad-hoc bookings that fit around other commitments.
The Role Includes:
• Teaching pre-set lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Creating a safe, calm, and engaging learning environment
• Confidently adapting to different school settings and routines
• Adhering to school policies, including safeguarding procedures
We Are Seeking Teachers Who:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience working in UK primary schools
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are reliable, adaptable, and professional
• Are ECTs or experienced practitioners
