Are you passionate about helping children thrive in the classroom? We are looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and speech and language needs in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Blandford Forum.

What we are looking for:
- Experience working with children, preferably with Autism, speech and language and SEMH needs
- A pro-active individual that can make changes to activities to suit a pupil’s needs
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to attune to individuals and build strong relationships
