Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Support the use of assistive technology and adapted learning resources. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Promote independence, confidence, and positive wellbeing. Requirements To be considered for this SEND Teaching Assistant role in Coventry, you should have: Previous experience working with children or young people. Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
