Title: Qualified Teacher (Full-Time) Location: Wandsworth, London Salary: Paid to scale Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Qualified Teacher to join our thriving educational team at a reputable school in the vibrant borough of Wandsworth, London. Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet the educational needs of students across a range of abilities. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods to encourage student participation and stimulate learning. - Conduct assessments to monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support improvement. - Manage classroom environments to ensure a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices. - Engage with parents or guardians to discuss their children's progress and address any concerns. - Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings. - Uphold the school's values and encourage students to exhibit positive behaviour both in and out of the classroom. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. - Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting. - Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and educational best practice. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to inspire and motivate students. - Commitment to continual professional growth.
