Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Uxbridge
SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Uxbridge College We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the SEN Department at our college in Uxbridge. Hours: 4–5 days per week 08:45–16:30 (working hours may vary slightly depending on the timetable) In this role, you will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential in a college environment. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with young people or adults with SEND. Previous experience in an SEN school, college, or healthcare setting would be highly beneficial. A patient, compassionate, and flexible approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
