Axcis Education is looking for a dedicated and resilient Educational Support Worker to join our specialist team supporting young people aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), ADHD, autism, and challenging behaviour. The school provides education for pupils with complex needs and maintains a positive, nurturing approach to behaviour support. About the school The school is an independent special school for up to 60 pupils aged 11-19. The school delivers a personalised curriculum that combines academic and vocational learning within a supportive environment where every child is valued as an individual.
