SEN Teacher – Full-Time | Special Needs School | Woodford Green Start Date: September | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: To scale (experience dependent) A well-respected special needs school in Woodford Green is looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team for the new academic year starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated staff committed to delivering exceptional education for students with complex needs. About the Role This full-time teaching position involves working with students aged 5 to 19 who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down’s syndrome, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver personalised lessons aligned with individual EHCPs, ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive. You will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student independence, progress, and engagement.
