Primary Teacher – Primary Academy – Purfleet £180–£240 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | September Start Axcis are working with a welcoming and ambitious primary academy in Purfleet who are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September. The school is based in the Purfleet area and is accessible from Thurrock, Rainham, Grays, Dagenham and surrounding East London areas. About the Role As the Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum. You will create a calm, structured and inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, supported and encouraged to achieve their best. You will: • Teach a mainstream primary class on a full-time basis • Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons across core and foundation subjects • Differentiate learning to support pupils of varying abilities and additional needs • Use clear routines, positive behaviour strategies and high expectations • Track pupil progress and adapt teaching to close gaps in learning • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, phase leaders and senior staff • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community • Contribute to a warm, inclusive and ambitious school culture What We’re Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status, or equivalent teaching qualification • Experience teaching within a UK primary school • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum • Confident classroom management and clear expectations • Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons • A positive, organised and reflective approach to teaching • Commitment to inclusion and supporting pupils with additional needs • Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role from September This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking for a long-term role in a supportive Purfleet primary academy.
