About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified teacher to join our vibrant Hampton school community. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned instruction across key subjects, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for pupils aged 5-11.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives, including safeguarding, pupil welfare, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support each child’s academic and personal development.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2?years of teaching experience in a primary or mixed-age setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable Attributes
• Experience with digital learning platforms and innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to work flexibly within a collaborative team culture.
