• Communication and interaction difficulties
• Cognition and learning needs, including moderate learning difficulties
• Associated needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, and other specific learning difficulties

Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with diverse needs
• Assist with implementing tailored educational programs and strategies
• Support pupils’ communication, interaction, and learning development
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure pupils thrive
• Encourage independence and social skills through positive reinforcement
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive individual who:
• Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly ASC and associated needs
• Is patient, understanding, and committed to supporting each child’s unique journey
• Can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Is eager to learn and adapt to the needs of our pupils
• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience) Desirable but not essential
