Axcis Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in the L30 area, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support students during a key stage of their education, providing tailored support that enables them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role

• Adapt learning activities to ensure students can fully access the secondary curriculum.
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, organisation, and classroom engagement.

Every day brings the opportunity to help students develop the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to succeed both in school and beyond.

• Can build positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
• Feel confident supporting learning across a range of curriculum subjects.
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
• Are enthusiastic about making a positive and lasting impact on young people's lives.
Why Join This School?
• Join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school with a strong commitment to SEND provision.
• Become part of a supportive and experienced staff team.
• Access ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Gain valuable long-term experience within a mainstream secondary setting.
• Excellent public transport links in the L30 area.
• A rewarding role where your support can make a genuine difference every single day.
