Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Axcis is proud to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West Drayton, seeking a dedicated and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their specialist resource provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful support to children with a range of additional needs in a nurturing, structured environment.
About the Role:
You’ll be working with a small group of up to 10 pupils from Year 1 to Year 5, all of whom have EHCPs and present with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. You’ll support the teacher and a strong team of TAs to provide consistency, structure, and tailored learning support, helping pupils thrive both emotionally and academically.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience supporting children with SEND and challenging behaviour
-A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
-Ability to set and maintain clear, firm but fair boundaries
-Resilient, adaptable, and a team player committed to helping all pupils succeed
-A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
-Team Teach certification is desirable (or willingness to undertake training)
