About the Role: -Support a small group of 5–6 pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 with a range of needs including ASD and ADHD. -Follow a sensory-based curriculum with visual and schematic learning strategies. -Work as part of a team of 4 adults, providing in-class support, structured activities, and interventions. -Offer lunchtime assistance, including help with feeding when required. -Contribute to a creative, colourful, and inclusive learning environment.
