Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Post 16
Axcis is working with a fantastic college in Redbridge, who are looking to recruit an experienced teaching assistant to work on a full time and part time basis. The college has a lovely environment and a very supportive management team. The candidate will be confident working with children aged 16-21 both in a classroom group setting and on a 1:1 basis; you will also have good special educational needs knowledge. You will be required to work alongside a tutor who will offer continuous support and be able to follow tailored lesson plans for the children you are offering one to one support to. The successful candidate will have a positive 'can-do' attitude and a resilient personality, plus a creative and flexible approach to teaching that builds success through challenge, personalisation and innovation.
