Teaching Assistant – All-Through SEND School (SEMH) – Bromley Location: Bromley Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday) Setting: Primary & Secondary (All-through SEND) Student Needs: Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) & Challenging Behaviours Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support primary and secondary students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours at a specialist SEND school in Bromley. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs. Assisting teachers in delivering structured and engaging lessons. Helping manage behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies. Encouraging students’ social and emotional development in a supportive environment. Working Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Who We’re Looking For: ? Experience working with SEMH students or in a SEND setting is desirable. ? Strong behaviour management and communication skills. ? A patient, understanding, and proactive approach. ?
