Hours: 9:00am – 3:45pm | Term Time

We are seeking a committed and compassionate SENCo, or an Assistant SENCo willing to train, to join a welcoming special school in Sutton (SM6).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SENCo or a developing professional looking to progress into the role with full support and training.
The Role:
Lead and support SEND provision across the school
Work closely with teaching staff, therapists and external professionals
Oversee EHCPs, reviews and personalised learning plans
Support staff with inclusive practice and SEND strategies
Ensure statutory SEND requirements are met
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified SENCo or Assistant SENCo ready to train into the role
Experience working within a special school or SEND setting
Strong understanding of a range of additional needs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEND
