We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in a vibrant mainstream primary school in Chingford E4. This role requires someone who is passionate about supporting students with special needs and is comfortable working 1:1 with children who have Autism/ASD, SEMH and other complex needs. Full time role, Monday to Friday 8.30 am 3.30 pm. January Start. Requirements: Proven experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly ASD. Ability to provide 1:1 support in both academic and personal care contexts. A positive, empathetic, and patient approach to working with children.
