Early Years Teaching Assistant (SEMH) – Full-Time | Special Needs School | Harrow A specialist school in Harrow is looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This rewarding role involves supporting Year 2 students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and challenging behaviour. Some of the students have been stood down from previous mainstream settings, so the ideal candidate will be confident, calm, and firm in the classroom while maintaining a nurturing approach.
